1.  When is mentoring available?  

Mentoring is available on a first-come first-served basis. I also work on client sites, to continue to refine and improve solutions.

The number of people being mentored at one time is limited to ensure quality time and available time slots for the one-on-one sessions each week.

 

2. How do I know the program will help me?  

The material covered in the program sessions is based on the learnings from 70,000 hours managing projects and 20,000 of those hours as a director and manager for an operational team while also managing multiple projects. 

During the weekly one-on-one sessions, you can ask any question about the program material or your own project you are working on to help you out where you are right now.

 

3. What happens if the program doesn’t help me?
